Channel 52 - Newcastle Crew Episode 2
It's the re-re-launch of Newcastle Crew! Join Lilith
(@lilithhellfire) and
Phil (@nightwingpdp) in forming a dangerous habit by following
the
DC Comic's character, John Constantine through his perilous
journey filled with dark magic, demons and sophisticated
suspense.
This week Lilith and Phil officially kick off Constantine's
journey by exploring his
introduction, in 'Saga of the Swamp Thing issue #37'. This is issue
of course marks
John Constantine's first comic book appearance.
They also briefly discuss the importance of the American Gothic
arc for the character of
Swamp Thing and how it relates to the creation of the character of
John
Constantine, they chat about the odd structure of the issue as well
as
some of their favorite things about this issue.
